When the life ends...

One morning God said, this is your final day
Tonight I will come back to pick you far away
I stared with agony in eye, I skipped my beat
They said life is short but have I even lived it?
I ran behind dreams, I fought for the best
I never saw what I owned in the valley of quest
I carried along hatred, greed, anger and lust
I forgot the happiness in my ego to thrust
How can I mend it O God, in a small single day
I have lot to do but there is no time to pay
God smiled and said, that’s what the life is
It looks a big, but ends in a very minute
Life is not a journey of heart and breath
The only truth you born with is “the death”
Live every moment dear, as if it’s a last day
See how happy the life is in its own way
